psoriasis then tendinitis both in a matter of a few months....

I am getting pretty worried that all this silicone business is getting worse for me.

 

Any help with either would be most appreciated.

 

I have been under some extreme stress lately but the dizziness is getting so debilitating, I dont feel myself at all and am not sure how long I can stand feeling this way.
