Guest guest
I have read many pro and con web pages/forums, etc..... Re-operation has always been something that has topics for everyone......I have been reading them for about 8 years now.... Sometimes it can be years before there is a problem, but eventually, your body says no.... This is only my experience over the years... Guest guest
YES. do not, repeat, DO NOT do it. I had saline implants for ten years. at year 3 or 4, I began to have symptoms that I didn't relate to the implants; wish I had. within a few more years, I had full-blown autoimmune disease, and every disease they list on their 'disclaimer' paper you sign before you get them in. they say... 'may cause' ... THEY KNOW. and now YOU KNOW. it isn't worth it. you are beautiful as you are, and I know you can debate that simply because you have shown an interest in paying someone you don't even know over 5 grand to cut open your chest and insert water balloons. I hate to be harsh, but it makes me SO ANGRY what this society has done to us women. please, please... think about it. check out the websites. check out the pictures of what can happen. check out the pictures of AFTER the implants come out. not all are ok. it ends up costing you almost triple what you spend to get them in, not to mention your health. every woman I know who has had them ends up having to take them out. infection. disease. seriously. DO NOT DO IT. TAKE THAT MONEY AND GO BUY A NEW WARDROBE. A NEW CAR. xxoo -L
Guest guest
Yes, Yes, my Dear Friend: It can take years before you become really sick, most women have vague symptoms; however, they never think that it could be their breast implants. I became sick right away. Just think of where they surgically implant these devices...over all of your vital organs. The Heart, lungs, spleen, and you name it. Silicone migrates to every organ in the body, and it is poison. I had my first silicone breast implants implanted into my body in 1974 after have a large lump in my left breast was found. My doctor told me that breast implants would prevent me from developing breast cancer. The first set ruptured two years later, and I was having some symptoms. We never thought that it could be the implants. I became sick with flu-like symptoms, and I went back to my plastic surgeon. He told me that the implants were ruptured, and that he would implant me with a polyurethane implants. That was the beginning of my many years of suffering. I had so many symptoms, and my family doctor did not know what was wrong with me. He sent me to specialists, and they could not find any problems. My symptoms were loss of weight, sleeplessness, flu-like symptoms, and chronic fatigue, and the list goes on and on. In 1991/2, I went to my oral pathologist, and he told me that something was wrong with me. He asked me if there was something that I was not telling him. I then told him that I had breast implants, and he told me that they were killing me, and must be removed immediately. He also did some bloodwork, and I was positive for SLE (Systemic Lupus), we were in shock. One week later the implants were removed; however, the plastic left the old capsules and shells from the first set as well as the second set. This is called Capsular Stripping, and that was the beginning of some very serious health problems for me. I wish that I had done some research, but I trusted my doctor. Honey, if you would like to hear the rest of my horror story, please let me know. I am still sick, and spend so much time in bed, plus I have lost most everything in my life. My wonderful husband has stood by me, and without him and this wonderful group...I would be dead. Please do some research before you have these deadly devices. Sending love and respect....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~````` Does anyone have a good experience with breast implants? I am on the fence and see may women with implants. Guest guest
Prosthetics are not meant to be permanent...eventually it causes problems if left in the body. They are foreign to the body and our body will never accept them. Some people react right away and some many years later. The chest area is changed by surgery + implant, scar is formed permanently, and the energy and blood flow is never the same as before the implant. They will not be at their optimum health even though they may look and feel ok. Some people never connect their symptoms to implants unless the symptoms become severe, but implants definitely have negative impact on health. Guest guest
I wish I would have been on the fence and done some digging like you. But as a young 27 year old at the peak of my health I thought, " oh thatll never happen to me " . As I sit here corrected with my life completely unfolded around me. With my original size chest (that I thought I hated but now apologize to because they were healthy before) now scarred and only feelings of pain in my nipples (that happened when I got them in) and still sick as a dog. I wish someone had stopped me. But that's my 2 cents. We all have our paths. :]. Mine were in 4 yrs but started having symptoms after 2. Biggest mistake of my life. Guest guest
I had mine for 8 years. Same story with me. I started having health problems that I didn't connect to the implants until years later. Now I have 2 possibly 3 autoimmune diseases. Worst decision of my life. I had nerve damage from the first operation. My right nipple is numb except from feeling severe pain if it's pinched or sucked too hard. I had nerve damage also in my left arm. And the second operation aside from costing more money than the first caused more scarring and more nerve damage. It SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wasn't worth it. It might make you look better and feel better about yourself for a while but in the long run, it's gonna make you feel worse and you're gonna want to kick yourself in the butt like everyone on here. I have friends with implants that are having health problems and I talk til I'm blue in the face and they REFUSE to believe it has anything to do with their implants. The drs want your money. And it keeps more drs in business when they make you sick as crap feeling like a pile of dookie later. I'm 34 years old and I feel like I will never get my health back. There is enough mess in this world (air pollution, pestisides on our food, chemicals in our water, chemicals in plastic bags, food containers, water bottles, hair products, aluminum in our deodorant, and many other things) with out us purposely putting something else toxic in our bodies to harm us. We can't stay away from all other things completely but you CAN stay away from implants. Take everyones advice on here. If you're thinking about it. PLEASE don't it. > > I am on the fence and see may women with implants. Does everyone have problems eventually? >
Guest guest
If you love to hike. As in mountains and trails for hobby and exercise. Don't get implants. Because the only hikin you'll be doing is back and forth to Dr appts to figure out what all is wrong with you. I use to love to work out and I know speaking for myself with autoimmune disease the more physically active you are, the worse it makes you feel. My muscles have absolutely no energy or stamina anymore. Read any womans story on here if you have good health, cherish it and keep it that way. > > I am on the fence and see may women with implants.
