, I saw your post on the E2L site and thought the link for the testing site was a good one to offer our group members as well.I know I developed food sensitivities after implants! I had some testing done, but not from this site. It looks pretty comprehensive...pricey, but when you need to get better, sometimes you can't let that stop you.Thanks,Patty-- In Eat-2-Live , "teresa" wrote:> > Sometimes it's not full blown food allergies, but something doctors refer to as food sensitivities that can be the cause of a health challenge. Then, after my cancer diagnosis (just prior to finding E2L)as I was reading about IBS sometimes having the symptom of diarrhea, but sometimes only symptoms of constipation, I was motivated to have blood testing from ALCAT http://www.alcat.com/ > It was worth the money. Personally, I tested sensitive to peanuts, basil, romaine lettuce, and many other 'good' foods that I had eaten my whole life...Now I rotate my sensitive foods and don't eat large quantities of the same foods day after day. My digestion issues cleared up.> I love E2L.> > Hugs of support,> M. > > > > >> > Hm, food allergies never occurred to me! It would be amazing if that were the cause and following E2L solved the problem!>
