Guest guest
Hi Girls, I haven't been here in a while, since considering explantation a year or so ago. Well... looks like the Gods are making the decision for me. I woke up this morning and discovered my left implant is waaaaayyy smaller than my right. I appears I have a slow leak (not completely deflated yet). I've had my saline implants 8 years and have suffered from severe, horrendous pain in my left breast. I wonder what the connection, if any, is with the pain and the leaking implant. I'm pretty bummed about this because now I'm lopsided. Plus, I'm have a lot of weird sensation/shooting pain in that breast, which is sorta freaking me out. Any ideas/advice how to deal with this until I can have my implants removed? Has anyone dealt with a leaking saline implant? Also, my health insurance will cover the cost of removing the implants but not removing the capsule. I can't afford an en bloc procedure right now so I'm wondering if it's best to wait until I can afford to have it done correctly (at least a year) or have the implants removed now and then have the capsule removed at a later date (if that's possible). Any advice? Thanks, -Cyan
