I just found this movie on YouTube and enjoyed it this morning...

I composed the post for a BC support group.

I did choose mastectomy, chemo, ovary removal, and Arimidex.

I also now cho0se to shift away from my 53 years of S.A.D. (Standard American

Diet) and eat MORE plants. Knowledge is power.

Movie: Healing Cancer from the Inside Out

Two hours…free to view on YouTube

Highlights the power of a plant based diet.

Begin at 1:23:00 as a preface if you want to understand where I am coming from.

At 1:24:00 they give statistics specifically referring to food choices and

breast cancer recurrence. We all have choices to make.

(I'm all for reducing my risk of recurrence by half.)

Watch the first ½ hour before you decide whether to continue…

Oh, go ahead and watch the first hour before you decide…

During the second hour, they get into diet and lifestyle options.
