Any health food store that sells a lot of supplements would most likely have homeopathics. In the stores they usually come in pellets. ..that have sugar and lactose in them so if you have allergies there be careful. I can't take them in lactose... so I buy over the internet sprays that are water based. I have the asthma free which is terrific, and the one for sinus relief and colds. They work well for us here.

Yuk, I'm sorry I didn't answer your post when you first wrote. I would have told you to take some arnica, hypericum, and ferrum phos for the inflammation and pain. If you can take homeopathics and don't have a problem with them, pick up at least the arnica 30C might help.
