Thank you for the infor on the Purple s. Barb send me some also. I've never heard of them before, but I have heard of

swallow's, we have those here. In fact one year I had them making mud nest under the roof of the house. This year I have some birds that I haven't seen here before grey with the top part of the head that is black and white stripes . What do you think they can be?

Nope a Purple is not a flower it's a bird in the swallow family.
