I know this was addressed to the original poster, but I thought I'd throw in

that my doctor requested I lay off all of the citrate with D, because my D

levels were zooming off the charts. My current regimen is the powdered

calcium, which does not have anything else (1000 - 1500 mg of elemental

calcium depending on whether I get that third shake in), and 2000 mg of

calcium citrate with D and magnesium (providing 400 mg of elemtnal calcium)
