Betty and Flo,

Here it is:

Keep carbs under 20 per day and drink lots of water. Protein, fats, and low

carb veggies, greens. check out the website or get his latest book for

guidance. get a carb counter book and read labels carefully. Also no

nitrates and highly processed foods. Lots of water. This means no

bread/grain products, peanut butter is okay in small quantities.

I've lost 15lbs in about 3 weeks. That side pain I believe is a stressed

muscle and it gets worse when I am backed up and bloated. So I pay

attention to output and make sure I'm going everyday or up the fibre so that

things clear out good at least once a week. I use flaxomeal and the fibre

cancels out the carbs so its worth it to me.

You have to be focused and careful cuz those hidden carbs can sneak up on

you, like sweetners.
