Sunny, enblock is where they remove the implant still inside the scar capsule. So the surgeon cuts around the scartissue and removes it whole.....that way there is no spillage of debris that is between the implant and scar capsule....and if by chance the implant is ruptured, you dont have contents of that flow throughout your chest wall.

Implant removal and capsulectomy is where they open the capsule and remove the implant, then they cut out the capsule....huge difference. see the attached pix of implant that is showing gel bleed due to implants being porous. You dont really want what ever has leaked or grow in there to be leaked inside of you.....
