Is anyone else having the same sleep problems? And any idea what causes it? My whole routine has been just crazy since WLS. Sometimes I'm zonking out at 8pm and then other times I'm up til 3 or 4am. When I wake up after a couple, three hours, I try to FORCE myself to get in a full 8 hrs, but end up staring at the ceiling and then deciding it's no good to waste this wakefulness: I might as well get up and do some- thing productive. Maybe this is the (or one of the) reason(s) why my weight loss is so slow? Not enuf sleep? I read a couple of places that lack of sleep can contribute to overweight and that it's important to get at least 8 hrs a nite......I haven't seen 8 hrs a nite in over a year; and a lot of whatever hours I get aren't even at nite, LOL.
