Same is the case with me. In fact, it's usually 2pm b4 food goes into my

mouth. Have my first shake when I get up, drink water for 4 hrs, then have

another shake around noon, more water, and then meat (fish, chicken) and

veggies around 2pm. Even eat a small cookie or a hard candy for dessert. But

eat in the morning? I will OVEReat all day long. Don't know why.

PHYSICALLY addicted, as in insulin resistant. That's a pretty critical part

of the mix. We do not choose carbs, our bodies do.
