I want to lose a feakin 25-30 lbs but the scale keeps going up and down the same 5-7 lbs. 192-198 on docs scale, my scale 182-189. I have been told I don't look like I weigh 195 too. I wear a 14,16 or M, L depending on cut an so on. I would love to lose the other 25 lbs and geez when I was heavy that dropped off in no time. Of course, I know I am not doing what I need to do with food, and that is cutting out carbs and snacking. I already exercise everyday 45-60 minutes too. with walking or aerobics with wts. So, as long as I keep talking and reading I know i will finally realize that 1 i am either stuck where I am, or 2 will make the changes needed to get the wt off.
