Do you take dry form A, D, E? Even small doses? Although my levels are

perfection (meaning my dose is correct to make my blood happy), I was

getting the cracks regularly, too.

My derma gave my some samples of an Rx and that clears them in 24 hours.

(Do not taste it, though!) Also, I went back to 1600IU of E. My doc

requires 800. When I keep the E up, the cracks stay away. Not that 1600 is

right for YOU, but being sure you are getting some in a non-oil form might

help. Shoot, most docs (general) recommend 800 IU daily, anyway.

Same thing happened to me, then I got another tiny patch along the crease of

my nose. My doc took one look at it, said I had a yeast infection, gave me

some free ointment samples and it all disappeared within a few days. He told

me at the time if it didn't clear up quickly he would give me a Diflucan to

kill yeast in my system.

Can you explain what the dry form of a vitamin is? Is there a wet form? I take

E and A that are gels. Is that wrong? Thanks much!

The ones that are little golden pills with oil inside? Bad ones. These are

regular old capsules with powder inside. The ones I use contain the

" better " form of E, which may be why they absorb better, too.
