to the peron who asked that question, seriously, I think maybe someone mixed

you up. ceep is a person's name, Carbonate may be a form of calcium --smie

when you say calcium pardner-- and beverage, that has got to be for me

protein drink. All three are separate issues, that is unless you take your

calcium, wash it down with a protien drink while talking to ceep
