Guest guest
(don't know answer to first question....) > And, if coffee is -8 ounces of water as per Vitalady, then how does a diet coke affect your water intake as there is less caffeine in it?<< Same as coffee, negative 8 -- it is a brown liquid same as coffee so -8 and +8oz water to wash it through before MORE kidney stones form... Guest guest
Alas, if it's brown, it's a minus. I know TECHNICALLY only decaf dehydrates, but even so, brown makes your kidneys mad, so why play games & pretend it's OK. Brown is bad. And I'm not perfect. Guest guest
I drink less than 16 oz of water a month. All I drink is sugar free soda. There are different opinions on the subject, but I have not suffered any noticeable ill effects from drinking about 60 oz of soda a day.
