Same as coffee, negative 8 -- it is a brown liquid same as coffee so -8 and

+8oz water to wash it through before MORE kidney stones form...

Alas, if it's brown, it's a minus. I know TECHNICALLY only decaf

dehydrates, but even so, brown makes your kidneys mad, so why play games &

pretend it's OK. Brown is bad. And I'm not perfect.

I drink less than 16 oz of water a month. All I drink is sugar free

soda. There are different opinions on the subject, but I have not

suffered any noticeable ill effects from drinking about 60 oz of soda a

day.
