need help, and information for explant

Hi Saline support, I am not sure how this works or how I can ask questions about the issues I am dealing with with my deflated breast implants. After a double mastectomy in 1988, and 4 sets of implants including 1 set of silicone implants ruptured in 1992 I had a 9 hr surgery to try to get the silicone out. I then put this set of saline implants in as a last straw, left broke in 1999, rt broke in 2001. I just gave up and for 10 years I have left them in my chest deflated with no pain or problems. As of New Year day I have been to a walk in clinic, the hosp. with VERY MUCH PAIN! They think it's a heart attack and I keep telling them it is NOT, it's my left implant and no one will listen, It feels like I have a Breast with pain and burning, and piercing pain in a nipple I don't have, and under and down my left arm and side plus a mass of fattie tissue under my left arm pit. C scan xrays show no tumors, blood clots, Stress test no heart problem! I am honestly not a complainer. I am going to plastic surgeon today who said an implant would not be the cause of this pain, I don't even want to go to the appt.. I live in South Bend, In. area can any one suggest any doctors who understand? I have many questions, how and where do we go to ask for information?I also sent this to main email address for this group, hope I haven't submitted the question 2x's.Thank You so much for any help, or insight! O
