Guest guest
I have lost 143 pounds and weight 164. I wear a size 10-12 and stand about 5'4 (give or take a few nanometers). I work out faithfully and have alot of great definition on my arms and back. I also do spin classes and roller blade (how's that for this 55 year old goil? I saw the doctor yesterday and my labs were wonderful and he said I do not need to lose anymore that I look great at 164! Talk about dense bones and muscles...sheesh.
