Oh we built 'em extra thick, all right. But then with the wt LOSS, comes

bone loss. It works both ways, much to my unhappiness.

I've heard this for like 5yr. now and it makes sense in regards to our high

scale weights but for the life of me I can't make it make sense with regards

to the high number of folks with osteoporosis.

I have lost 143 pounds and weight 164. I wear a size 10-12

and stand about 5'4 (give or take a few nanometers).

I work out faithfully and have alot of great definition on my

arms and back. I also do spin classes and roller blade (how's that

for this 55 year old goil? :)

I saw the doctor yesterday and my labs were wonderful and he

said I do not need to lose anymore that I look great at 164!

Talk about dense bones and muscles...sheesh.
