I am 158 and wear mostly 10's. I have a few 8's and wear a medium top. I am

5'9 " and wore one size larger before my tummy tuck and breast lift. It just

depends on your height and amount of muscle which weighs a lot more than

fat. Ironically my WLS doc set my goal at 142 which I never reached. The

closest I got was 147 and even with only that 10 pound difference my face

look gaunt. I have been at this weight for 2 years and my surgeon says he

would rather I NOT lose any more weight. Go figure............. when I tell

people I weigh 158 they think I am kidding. Guess I am what our grandmothers

used to call... SOLID..........LOL

You know, it is funny, you talk about what the surgeons tell you. My surgeon

estimated that I would lose 104 lbs (65% of my excess weight). He also made

sure that I knew that regain was possible. Now - when I look back, I guess I

should be greatful. I initially lost 155 lbs. That was post tummy tuck. I

continue to hold off 140 - 145 lbs (I do fluctuate 5 lbs). Based on these

calculation I continue to hold off 85% of my excess weight (140 lbs). It is all

relative. Am I up 15 lbs? Yes...however I feel great, look pretty good (12/14

on bottom - s or m on top), exercise regularly and have excellent blood levels.

I still consider myself part of this bounce back group - because I fear that the

bounce will not stop...so I just keep doing what I am doing and PRAY!
