Plus I've had my TT too boot...... > We all have different bodies. At 151 lbs., 5'3 " , I wear a size 10/12. My measurements are 37-29-38. At 145, a solid size 10, some 8's. At 140, I suspect pretty much a size 8 (I think - have never made it quite that low) I'm 5'10 " and started out at 307, and a size 22/24. Am now 160, and wear mostly size 8s in bottoms (a few 6s), and almost universally size 6 in tops. This is very strange to me, because the last time I was this weight, I remember quite distinctly feeling that I'd never fit into a 12. Two factors strike me off the top: first, that thing about bones gaining density to support my larger bulk; and second, I now exercise and do weights, and muscles take up far less room than fat do. For the first time in my life, I am not pear-shaped, and I attribute that completely to doing weights and lots of squats and lunges. In fact, I'm off to a " muscular strength and endurance " class later this a.m.... All of which is to say, though, that there's no accounting for sizes. I.e., go figure! -- <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> RNY September 19, 2001 Dr. Freeman, Ottawa General Hospital BMI then: 43.5 BMI now: 23.2 -145 lbs <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
