Guest guest
Fear. Pure fear. I'm not a goody two shoes. Just scared spitless. Tight pants. I stick my hands in the waist band & make them feel tight. That helps when my brain can't overcome. At home, I can suck down a protein drink. Can't always do that " out " as you describe here. If I have my car, I have protein, but if I'm at someone else's mercy, I have to pull out the fear tactics to scare myself into line. It'd be nice to think that healthy eating catches on & does the job for me. But it's not real life. If healthy eating woulda worked for me, I'd never be HERE. With the hypertrophy on a body that never knew how to burn calories, it doesn't take much deviation for me to wear my mistakes. I'll take any crutch I can get to keep my disease in remission. I have up being too proud to use it about the time I met up with the Peep who was bigger than me. Re: Digest Number 1723 > It has been a year since surgery.
