Oops, let's don't go thinking I have Perfection Issues. Milk is not

optional for me. I go to great lengths to avoid pain, so I have a lot of

help with that one.

How would I be able to describe dumping and the Peeps incident in such vivid

terms if I didn't put that one toe over the line every so often, hmmmmmmmm?

I talk big, and am very careful of incidental sugars, but I tend to put any

sugars I do eat in very consciously, such as my frosting. There's

absolutely no point in having a birthday if there is no frosting, IMHO.

Oddly, that is one I can do by the 2 tsp. Not demolish the whole corner of

the cake. LOL! But like you, it is a ritual, with great thought and

planning, not absentmindedly sticking cookies in my face.

Not brave, cunning.
