Mag is low; should be 250mg and mag citrate would probly be better absorbed than mag oxide the zinc won't be well absorbed either unless it's chelated (and oxide is one of the LEAST absorbable compounds for most minerals, anywyay) Can't comment on the other 3, altho the boron seems low to me; I take 3mg daily, in addition to what's in my multi-vit's..............
