I haven't checked out the GNC one, but TwinLab makes DailyOne and DailyTwo,

which are powdered capsules too. I do a DailyTwo and a Centrum Silver (no

iron) ea day, as they both have a few things the other doesn't. That way, I

think I'm covering all the bases. But for all I know, I could come up with

weird labs somewhere along the line. Altho there are no tests for most of the

stuff in those multi's.......
