The most perfect protein powder for me is 60% Pure Whey Stack and 40%

ProScore 100. Both Chocolate of course. I get this by mixing 2 pounds of

Proscore into 5 pounds of Pure Whey Stack.

No additives, just water and ice. Delicious!! More filling, less gas.

*ahem*

Speaking of gas... does anyone have a line on any products besides Lactaid

and Beano that help for lactose intolerance and non-bean digestion?

I was a tad intolerant before WLS, now my body violently rejects any and all

dairy products in a myriad of ways. It's not so much the fumes as it is the

pain my guts are in!

I am seriously bummed because I love beans in all forms (protein!) and of

course cheese and what not once in a while...

ProScore100 rocks btw, and doesn't cause any gas for me...

Thanks!
