Does anyone know of experienced doc around Grand Rapids, Michigan? Not doing well. MRI showed fluid around breast both sides that should be biopsed for ALCL Lymphoma. Also, working with neurologist on diagnosis for Human Adjuvant. ANA came back high and getting lumbar puncture next week. Having seizures regularly. Thanks!

Hi , Nice to meet you! If you ever want to talk email me and we can exchange numbers. Before I found this support group and all the information on the web I felt like I was all alone in a big black abyss. I literally started crying when I found and read the stories on myimplantstory.com I couldn't believe how many others were out there in the same situation. I wonder how many more years it will take before this is commonly acknowledged.

I just saw Dr. Delacruz from West Bloomfield, MI on the support group surgeon's list. Anyone have any feedback on her? The plastic surgeon that did my implants doesn't think that implants can be associated with Human Adjuvant or ALCL Lymphoma. I hesitate in having someone do the explant that doesn't understand the association because it sounds like I have to make sure a total capsulectomy and draining of contaminated fluid is done?

... I had some of the symptoms you describe also unfortunately, from my silicone implants.. If you can't find a surgeon close enough to you, I would suggest going to: www.aaem.com website and making a few calls if you find a local doctor there....this doc should understand what you're up against. Hopefully he/she can recommend a surgeon and then help you recover from this poisoning. I so wish you the best of luck.
