I haven't been writing much, been a rough patch (again). Anyway, just wanted to send a hug via cyberspace.. I could so identify with your fight for wellness and the struggles. Our poor bodies indeed.. Keep up the good fight!

O honey-those toxic bags can make everything in your body out of whack. I was the same. I thought my husband would leave me for sure I was a depressed, angry, antisocial sick sick girl for a while... Well from what I saw on the show where dr feng did the surgery, she did 2 cuts below the breast so you have access to underneath the muscle where the capsules can be reached easily I guess? I'm not quite positive which is the best way. All I know is that my poor nipples were facing different directions from being cut into and streched out 2x. They're better now-the light treatments soften scar tissue and I've been massaging the keloid scars so thank goodness they're facing the same direction again. But no, there was no benefit to his decision, I think it was the easy way. And No I'm not completely well from the strips being left in. I am getting better, but not like I'd hoped. And let me tell you, it is a full time job doing everything I'm doing to get
