Guest guest
Is anyone out there convinced that caffeine will slow down weightloss? I have become a coffee junkie again. I started drinking coffee again 1 year after post-op. Since then my weightloss slowed down and I still had another 100lbs or so to lose. I have currently gone off sweets (cookies, cakes, candy bars etc) and am working on lowering the carbs. But I don't see any affect on the scale. I have picked up the exercise a little too but I am not consistent. I am also a little vague on how many protein shakes you " successful " people did when you were still losing. Can anyone remember what they used to eat when they were still losing vs what they eat now maintaining? Thanks,
