This may sound like a cop-out, but only you know how much protein you need per

day. My surgeon's guideline is 60 grams per day. My protein levels are

dropping with an intake of 100+ per day. So, I am left experimenting my way up

the ladder until I find the right number for my absorption rate. Let your labs

be your guide!
