Hi-I too am having an ex plant surgery w a breast lift...my surgeon is Dr Kiln in Atl. Just curious as to what u meant by "fluff"~you aren't speaking of the stem cell augmentation that is all the rage, are you?? I know this surgery is not FDA approved and Dr Kiln will not perform this surgery until it is. I've had my implants for 16 yes and ho had health issues for the last 8 yes, so I know I need them out!! I'm already morning th loss of my breast~I hated my flat chest and loved feeling more "womanly"! However, the price of my health to look and feel more womanly was definitely not worth it!! Personally I believe then would be an awesome time to do it.......

You will feel much better, you will heal pretty fast, you can go get

a new bathing suit.......and celebrate your new start in life.

Do you guys think right before summer would be too emotional of a time to do this? Should I wait until winter? I know how moody I can be..any thoughts.. I have the money and now just have to get it worked out with my occupation.

That sounds good, and I have never been able to get a suit to fit me with the

implants. They are just to large and heavy for my body.

Hello~I'm getting an explant and breast lift surgery done by Dr Kolb in about a month. I've had my implants for 16 yrs and loved having a more "womanly" shape!! I'm already morning losing the loss of my implants in the upcoming month (yet I know this is the journey I need to be on w/ all of the health issues they have caused). You spoke about your doctor "fluffing" you up during you surgery~what exactly do you mean by "fluffing"?

Hi yes she does fat transfer from one area to breast. she has photos of a girl

on her website that had a lift and fat transfers no implants put in or removeds

under her before and after pics. Im using Dr Huang in Denver. If you good

her name in Denver she will come up. She explains everything on her site about

the procedures in the photos.

I didnt get the pop up, but I remember looking at Lynns pics a couple of years

ago when I originally wanted to get mine out. Its been a long wait. I cant take

them anymore...Yuck! Lynns pics looks great too, I wonder how shes doing now and

how much the transfers helped over the long term.
