I was wondering if there is a list of Dr's that speacialize in taking these

implants out? Please help me, I'm willing to travel to get the best care I can.

This has been a long lonely road for me. I would be happy to share my story, but

I'm off to the Dr's again, because of my Lupus like syptoms, thanks for being

Hi,

We do have a list of dr's that we recommend for explant, based on their

compassion and knowledge and skill in proper removal. It lists doctors from as

many states as we can find them, and it can be helpful, but not completely

accurate. Some doctors change their tunes.

That list is in our files section, and should be quite easy to find.

However, I want to suggest that there are " the best of the best " , and these are

the doctors I highly recommend for those who want to just get a proper explant

without having to question, beg, plead, or cajole the surgeon into providing the

best treatment.

These doctors are:

Dr. Lu Feng, Cleveland, OH

Dr. Kolb, Atlanta, GA

Dr. Huang, Denver CO

Dr. Ed Melmed, Dallas, TX (but be sure to request a TOTAL capsulectomy)

If you can see one of these doctors, you will be in excellent hands.

I'm sorry to hear of your lupus symptoms...I wish you healing and hope for your

future. I believe you will be able to feel much better with proper explant.
