Guest guest
Ok girls, I'm not sure exactly how I feel about this....so I called Mentor last week asking why they haven't sent my implants back because in December I got letter saying that they looked " normal " so there was no need for further testing. Well they must have put them back in a box in sept after my explant and never looked again. So i emailed my ps and told them they were coming and to call me so i can come pick them up. well i still don't feel great to drive a lot so my DH picked them up for me last night. upon opening them there was CLEARLY mold in the valve of each implant. and a white milky ghostly thing floating in each bag. I'm just awestruck. Either they play me for a complETE fool, or they just didn't look at them after arrival. What should I do??? should i send them to dr blais? what will it really do for me to have it RE confirmed and spend more money. I'm re pissed all over again. And that's what I love about Dr. E, I showed them to her today and she said, oh honey, you need to close that back up and ship them off to canada and put that on your ps's bill! She's a fighter, she said when I don't have the strength, she will be my strength but she thinks it's not ok what they are doing to us women and something needs to be done. She even said I picket in front of my ps's office. I'm not sure how to post a pic on here but i would love to show you what it looks like..it's not like some that are full of mold, but it's there and it gives me the creeps. I was excited to see visible proof, but just defeated at the same time that nothing could come of all this mess. Bev
Guest guest
Bev ~ Take pictures of them for our picture section...and for your permanent record....do the two of them side by side, then close-ups of the valves and of the junk floating.....Maybe put them on a background so things will show up well. I, also would love to see them......I am sure, they were not inspected by anyone that knew what they were doing, if anyone at all. I would bet they think most women wont get them back for self inspection. Many organisms dont even show up to the naked eye... Its a crap shoot weather you should spend the money to have them inspected by Dr Blias or not.....Your doc, I know she said to send them, but is that because she is angry at the company, or she thinks it would be in your best interest to know exactly what was in them..... Do you know how to send the pix in an email ? If so, send them to me and I will see if I can get them to the group, if not, we can send them to Patty and she can do it since she is the owner of the group. I am glad you got them, it gives you more validation. Guest guest
Hi Bev, I can't give an opinion on what you should do, but I sure feel your frustration and aggravation. All the time I was reading about your implants I was wondering what the heck mine must have looked like. I would expect mold and ugh, who knows. I think whatever you can identify will help you discover what you need to combat the most. For example I'm so mold sensitive. I hear you on the validation of seeing your enemy in the toxic implants... but of course so far the justice part of all this has not been dealt with. ..and the beat goes on. I'm glad you have them. I'll be interested to hear how you proceed. Hugs, There would be nothing to frighten you if you refused to be afraid. Guest guest
Bev, Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to see if I can afford Dr. Kolb for explantation. In the meantime, I was wondering if you could share how much having the implants tested like you did costs? I'd like to do that. Or, does anyone else know? ,,, again.
