Yes this is it, thanks a lot for finding it. It kind of makes sense even if you are tired 1-3 mins an hr seems do-able!

I Really have gotten so much great information from this group I am just gratefull I found it before I have the Implants taken out. I now know what steps i need to take in the process I would of never known, I just would of kept thinking I was nuts.

One thing I do is sit on a exercise ball in front of my computer

and gently bounce. I am not sure what was on that video, cuz I

havent watched it, but this exercise ball also helps you do

slow stretches.....
