OK--sorry, didn't mean to scare you guys! But I did get implants!

I'm seeing a wonderful gynecologist--the first MD I've seen in ages that I

actually LIKE and respect. It was about time!

She tested my hormones, and her interpretation of my results was that I needed

to get my hormones boosted...all of them. She is definitely and " Outside the

box " thinker.

Her preferred method of delivery is hormone pellets implanted just under the

skin. I balked at the idea of implants of any kind, but after doing the

research I agreed.

The reason I am telling you this is that I feel absolutely fabulous--better than

ever! One of my worst issues for so long after getting sick from implants was

the brain fog and mental dysfunction. It went away, but as I entered menopause

years (in my late 40's), I struggled more and more with my brain clarity. I

knew it was bad, but not debilitating. I just had no idea how bad it was until

I noticed how much I had improved since getting these pellets implanted!

I was implanted about one month ago, in my hip, with testosterone and estradiol.

I take 100 mg of progesterone by pill, and also 2 grains of armour thyroid in

the morning and 1 more in the afternoon sublingually.

Let me just say that for me, it has worked wonders. I'm a believer!!

My pellets will dissolve in about 3-4 months and then I will have to do it

again. I'm not too crazy about that, but it is definitely worth it to replace

those hormones.

I'm a firm believer that for those women who have done all that they could to

detox and get better, but are NOT seeing results in their health improvement

since explant, they should NOT ignore the endocrine system and the possibility

that hormones need to be replaced or supplemented. It just might be the missing

piece of the puzzle. The key is finding that doctor who will work with you and

not be afraid to think outside the box. These kind of doctors are the ones who

can make the most difference.
