Guest guest
That's interesting because my surgeon let me shower on Sunday. My surgery was Monday. I am so much smaller than I was before surgery but I did not lose any weight. When I last weighed in I was still where I started -- 194. Go figure. So are you thrilled with the new you? se In a message dated 11/9/02 11:42:45 PM Eastern Standard Time, sng@... writes: > > > > > > I had similar surgery on August 9th. It's like whoosh I suddenly became a person who could wear a crop top! I look at my hips and thighs and they seem like they belong to someone else. I have not gone shopping crazy yet. Just bought one pair of pants at the Gap. I think I am sorta just enjoying the baggy look. se

Guest guest
Happiest that I have lost my big ass forever. The outer thigh and butt lift took care of that. Even after OptiFast in the '80's, my ass was too big. Now, it looks normal. Also, glad to get rid of that belly roll that was so evident when I sat down. I saw a picture of myself at a meeting, and the belly roll stuck out like a sore thumb, even though the rest of me was getting more svelte. I guess that I was a pear. Now, the most noticeable part that needs work is the upper abdomen, just below the breast bones. The fat there is below the flesh--internal--I am told, and it's gonna be a long-haul. I guess that it's a major portion of the 30-35 pounds that I have yet to lose. But, it's a thrill to be able to buy from Lands End, Eddie Bauer, LL Bean, etc. And, I have to curb myself from buying enough to drive me into debtor's prison. --Steve At 7:32 AM -0500 11/10/02, SheDreamz@... wrote: >So are you thrilled with the new you?
