Bless you for your passion in helping others . You are such an angel. Lonely position is a good word. When you get outside of this group, sometimes it's like standing alone on a cliff. My husband's SISTER IN LAW, was talking about getting them in front of me. I obviously don't want to get in family debates with people I don't see all the time, but man, after SeEing me and what I've been thru, it blows my mind she just looked over the whole scenario. And she's just one example. I have friends who i can hardly talk to anymore because they have so many health issues linked to their implants, and when I bring it up, they tell me its just 'something else', or they just need anxiety medication (even thou they're trying one after another unsuccessfully) or it's genetic or whatever excuse to be in denial....it is Sooooo frustrating. So, my dear, thanks for the link... i would love to share...btw, Sandy, if you're reading this, did you ever get a response from the lady selling jewelry on craigslist for implants?? I wrote to her...just wondered...I'm sure nothing stopped her, she seemed pretty set on having them done. I also don't judge anyone for getting them done anyway, it's just some peoples path, but if any of us can be a protecting voice from God to spare a woman the pain and suffering, then that's great. So yay for you , you suffered enough....xo Bev---------- Original Message ----------From: "teresa" <t-jay130@...> Subject: Reaching out to inform the breast cancer communityDate: Fri, 11 Mar 2011 18:55:54 -0000Have any of you had your implants following breast cancer?I had BC in 2007, mastectomies, but chose to not have implants based on what I learned at and its archives. (Thanks to all.)I still post at the BC list, and it's a lonely position trying to sharethe 'darker side of implant' information. These women want to believe their physicians and spouses. If it's in your heart to reach out to them with your story, I'd appreciate it. So many are suffering from trigger thumb and aching arthritic joints, fatigue, etc.breastcancer2/ Hugs, M.------------------------------------
