Now, I'm a VBGer, so I do fit into the " normie " category, but even I try to go light on the milk and heavier on the supplement because I don't want to spend my calories on it. By keeping the milk out of my protein shakes I have 90 more calories to play with, and that can be A LOT! And the whole thing about the " Ice Cream Diet, " PLEASE!!! Haven't we all tried enough of that stuff in the past? Grapefruit diet, Banana Diet, Seafood Diet, etc., etc. My thought are that milk is not evil, but it is unnecessary. Just my view of things.
