Guest guest
I agree - I do cottage cheese, adn cheese, quite frequently, but I cannot tolerate the milk. I guess some people CAN tolerate the milk, but the sugar content is too high for me. I limit my sugar to less than 8 grams per serving, and milk has 17 or more grams of sugar. Guest guest
Well dairy plays a big portion of my diet, especially cottage cheese, the protein content is HIGH in it. Everyone is different, what works for one person will not always work for another person etc. Considering I've lost close to 350 lbs in almost 2 years (sept will be 2 years), I think I will stick with what works for me. Have no intention of living the rest of my life with the diet mentality, sorry if that offends anyone.
