Okay, okay..... let us know if you get weak and cannot carry a gallon of milk

up the stairs and have gained weight due to your body starving, and have

flabby muscles because of muscle wasting from lack of protein. Not to

offend, just a great concern, because believe I have BEEN there!!!

It has been on the news in the past few weeks and published in I believe the

JAMA. I will try to find the actual article citation if you would like.

Hi! Were you actually diagnosed as having a stretched stoma?

You didn't say if you were doing any protein supplementation or not.

I " m assuming not. At month 6 postop, the weightloss came to a

screeching hault for me as well. I think I had lost around 85-90 lbs

at that point. I was about 50 lbs from goal and not budging. I Did

not lose any weight until month 10 when I began to do protein

supplementation. Now, at 16 months post op, I am sitting nicely at

goal. I attribute it all to being led to the truth of Protein

Supplementation. Within 10 days of doing 3 shakes per day, My

hairloss stopped completely, bruising went away, fatigue was gone,

and I had lost 13 lbs..after months of no loss. I truly believe that

I would have shut down my " tool " had I not began the protein supps.

Give it a try..What can it hurt?

Much love,

Shelby
