Guest guest
I do read the labels and I know that milk contains lactose which is its sugar. But that still doesn't make it an evil food. I had a medial RNY and am well aware I am not absorbing everything from food however I have had no problems with my labs and do not beleive that everyone -- including all RNYers -- NEED protein supplements. Some do and some want them. That is fine. But it is NOT a necessity for everyone. Rasley mailto:drasley@...
