I do read the labels and I know that milk contains lactose which is its

sugar. But that still doesn't make it an evil food. I had a medial RNY and

am well aware I am not absorbing everything from food however I have had no

problems with my labs and do not beleive that everyone -- including all

RNYers -- NEED protein supplements. Some do and some want them. That is

fine. But it is NOT a necessity for everyone.
