Guest guest Posted September 5, 2002 Report Share Posted September 5, 2002 WHAT IF you ate your vegetables and fruit, like a vegetarian, and got ALL your protein from protein shakes? Everyone is saying that you can only absorb protein from the protein shakes because they are predigested and if that is the case, meat is a waste of time.
