My biggest worry is that I will become ill and not be able to care for Sam. There are new little problems every day, and I just hope I can manage. We have started getting a nurse's aide once in a while and they will be more frequent in the future', but I think, how am I going to get him in the shower, how am I going to get on with night after night of interrupted sleep. You are right when you say a day at a time. Some days are very good, but there seem to be more " off " days. What a gloomy letter. Oh well, like Scarlett O'Hara, " I " ll think about that tomorrow.
