It's good you found this support group.

Sorry, I don't know a good explant surgeon in PA, but other members will chime

in. Be very clear with the surgeon that you want the time-consuming en bloc

capsulectomy to remove both the implants AND the full capsule (wall) the body

has formed around the implant.

Meanwhile, the archived messages are accessible from the group's homepage and

searchable by keywords.
