First of all it sounds like you need a big ole HUG!!!!

*HUG*HUG*

Listen I can honestly say I know how depressing it is,

how discouraging it is. *HUG*

without having a little more info it is hard to give

advise, especially advise you have probably already

heard before.

We all know how important it is to drink water, do

SOME sort of exercise and find a low carb high protein

way of eating.

I understand what you mean about getting to a certain

weight, stopping and wanting more but not getting it.

I had maintained my weight loss for over 2.5 years.

Just recently I really took inventory of what I was

doing or NOT doing and made some subtle and some not

so subtle changes.

In the last two days I have lost 3.5 lbs and I do not

feel like I am starving. I have started drinking 2

protein shakes per day. Never liked them before and

never had more than one every few days in early post

op days when trying to find one I liked.

After keeping a food diary I realized I was drinking

too close to before/after meals. I also found I was

occassionally sipping with meals. Wow was I surprised

to see how much this effects capacity!!

The protein drinks helped me stop snacking on carbs

and craving sweets because I made my protein shake

SWEET! :)~

I found low carb snacks sweet and unsweet variety that

offer a lot of protein. I keep those handy and if I am

ready to keel over I might eat a small handful, but

not daily.

I have MADE, yes MADE myself get on my treadmill the

last three days. I had to basically start over because

it had been so long since I exercised. As of today I

had doubled my time......granted I am still not doing

much but I am doing SOMETHING!

Try keeping a food diary for 3 days, email us daily if

you need to. Nothing shows it in black and white like

a food diary. Maybe then we can work together to find

what works for you......*HUG*
