Guest guest
Night sweats: considering it's to do with autonomic functions, sometimes these things just happen - for no reason, just part of MSA. Just keep an eye out, if a lot of things suddenly change all at once, don;t guess, then take it to a doctor. On it's own, it's probably nothing at all (happens to me about one night out of very two months). Kidney stones: my doctor brought kidney stones up when I mentioned how much vitamin C I was taking, apparently not a good idea especially with sluggish digestion and elimination, same goes for minerals supplements. I take one children's vitamin (without ,minerals on day I don't eat well enough, and I've never rrun a deficit). Too much iron is also bad, iron in higher concentrations can be a neuro toxic. Unless you are anemic, don't take iron in your supplements, just cooking in an iron pan is plenty, and most premade foods have added iron. Buscopan: doctor suggested I try this for relaxing bowels etc. anyone have any experience with this??? Take care. To pass on Lolah got herself a new job, with plenty of built in support for her symptoms. aletta mes, vancouver, bc canada ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Site: http://www.aletta.0catch.com
