Guest guest
ooohhh to be able to say I slept " very, very well " *big sigh* I am having the same problems everyone else mentions. I sporatically take tylenol PM but even that has stopped working very good. I used to have a high stress job that kept me up nights. I quit that job and have been " taking it easy " since Mid May. My sleep problems have improved some but not completely. I worry now because I am going to go back to work and I dont think I can function on this LITTLE sleep! I will do everything I can to have a career change as that might help but I cant help but be aprehensive. ~Hugs Melty~ Open RNY 5/1/98 -- -163 lbs panniculectomy/abdomnioplasty 5/23/01 -- -15 lbs Dr. Lawrence Barzune Dallas, TX -- would recommend him 110% **consider myself at goal/maintaining for over 2.5 years but want to try and tone up and lose another 10-15 lbs if possible! **considering a breast lift --- Bandas dbandas@...> wrote: > Yesterday, I took about 2 grams of glutamine > mid-afternoon and then 6 grams > before bedtime on an empty stomach.
