Guest guest
Kathleen, please call them back and ask them if they threw them away, because they were your implants, you paid for them and you want them back. I know the other ladies will have great input, but I think if it were me, I would start with a few things. Here goes: 1) How much dental work have you had done, i.e., how much metal is in your mouth, if you have more than 2 amalgams, that could be part of the problem. Some women start having them replaced with porcelain composites as they can by a trained dentist who knows how to do this. 2) Get a hair analysis done, this will show the levels of chemicals by your hair, good idea to know if heavy metals could be part of the problem, in fact I might do this one first 3) Patty already mentioned juicing, fantastic idea, there are so many chemicals in our bodies from food, even when we try our best to keep it clean. There is a toxic overload coming from something, and we all just have to work through one thing at a time to figure it out 4) Try to get access to an infrared sauna. I used to live in a large city and bought a package from my local gym to use theirs. Many healthcare offices have them for patient use, worth trying for a few months, will detox chemicals and heavy metals through the skin. I would do the hair analysis first so you can measure. 5) Rebounding, or mini trampoline, a soft bounce will flush out the lymph system, some women have found that a clogged up lymph system contributed to their autoimmune condition. I know more now about rebounders than I probably ever wanted to, you can email me for more information and I can direct you to some articles on them, bethlakey@... I am starting to see some results from cellulite on my legs, etc 6) http://www.roadback.org/ Some women have found mycoplasma infections to be the root of their autoimmune disease. I know this is a lot of info. but I hope it helps, ~Beth L.
Guest guest
Hi Beth, I love to rebound too. When I am away from home, I just bounce every hour on the hour... looks odd, but feels energizing and reminds me of jump-roping or romping around as a child. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtMVJ6yJaBs & NR=1 Hugs, M. >a few years ago, and added rebounding recently to my exercise plan. Have already seen improvements in some things.
