Thanks, this is very helpful. Were you successful in using this approach? Was

the ps willing to do this, or did you go through a primary care doctor for

diagnosis, statement on what needed to be done?

I believe it is the implants making me sick and am looking for a good surgeon in

the southern California area that will do a proper en bloc removal. Does anyone
