Guest guest
Hi : My husband, Sam, has SD, and saw a neurologist at the Pennsylvania University Hospital Movement Disorder Center. We got the name from our local neurologist. Sam saw Hurtig, , and there is another one there, equally good, I have heard, Stern. Dr. Hurtig confirmed everything we were hearing from our local neurologist, who lives out here on the Main Line. We do not go into Philadelphia to see them , as traveling is too difficult, and I am afraid to drive on the busy highways. However, we may go again, just to be sure. If the patient is a veteran, there is also a movement disorder center at the VA in Philadelphia, and we went there once and plan to go again (just to keep tabs on things) and our local neurologist said that we had a good one there. I hope this is helpful to you. Lou R.06:13 PM 2/22/2002 -0500, you wrote: Hi Everyone, Does anyone know of an expert in the philadelphia or the ny area? I live in the poconos, pa.
