Guest guest
For those of you following low-carb some information sent to me from the folks at Equal at my request. Blew me away.... This is the text of the message. Debbie in St. Louis lap rny 8/23/99 Dr. t 353/195/180 Dear Friend, Thank you for writing. Each packet of Equal contains more thatn half, but less than 1 gram of carbohydrate per packet. If you are following a specialized diet or counting carbohydrates for any reason, I would recommend that you count each packet as 1 gram of carbohydrate. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. This was the question. Subject: carbs Comments: Each equal packet says less than 1 carb per packet. If I were to consume 30 packets a day how many carbs does this add up to? Thank you in advance for this information.
